Jane Lopez and Christine Royer have shared with their fellow
Unity sisters and brothers about how exciting it is to sing gospel
music with Joyful Voices of Inspiration, and some of you saw them
perform at Coolidge Corner theater as the opener for the
just-released Aretha Franklin movie. Because their performances are
usually outreach events or benefits in churches, they don’t make
money singing for people. Their once-a-year fund raiser for the chorus
is the Walk for Music, which is happening the last weekend in April.
You can donate to JVOI using this link, https://www.joyfulvoices.org/support-joyful-voices/,
or simply write a check to JVOI and hand it to Jane or
Christine at church. If you miss the date of the actual walk,
you can still contribute after the walk is over. If you use the link,
there is a place to fill in which choir member you are supporting.
It would be fine to just type both of their names in the blank.
Thank you for considering making a donation.
